Hi, I'm Steve.

I began my career in 2000 as an engineer in the electronic devices manufacturing sector. I ventured into project engineering, overseeing the installation of machinery, equipment, and systems. Eventually working on mechanical and electrical systems for power generation construction projects. 

In 2015, fuelled by my passion for engineering and technology, industry knowledge and people skills, I founded my solo venture - a boutique recruitment consultancy. From its humble beginnings, my consultancy has evolved into a specialised hub.

Today, as an experienced engineer and sales professional, I'm dedicated to enhancing technical sales team operations, capabilities, and driving organisational success. I leverage my wealth of experience, industry insights and a love for engineering and sales, to match top sales team talent with businesses hungry for growth.
